- McMaster Pediatrics strives to protect a graded call schedule for our residents
- Junior residents do traditional night call, except in NICU which will be a float call.
- Residents may leave post call as per the PAIRO contract
- A resident will progress to senior call once they have completed two months of PICU with buddy call and have good standing in the program. After this they will participate in the float call system.
